We make fewer, better clothes — designed in our studio, cut from honest fabrics and built to be worn on repeat.
A Small Studio With High Standards
Tallowmere started with a simple frustration: closets full of clothes and nothing worth wearing. So we began designing the opposite — a tight collection of wardrobe essentials where every piece earns its place.
We work with mills we know by name, fit every size on real bodies, and cut silhouettes that outlive trends. Washed denim, soft tailoring, organic jersey, brushed fleece: familiar fabrics, finished properly.
Our Craft
- Designed in-house. Every silhouette starts as a sketch in our workroom — never bought in, never copied.
- Fitted on real bodies. Each size run is fitted beyond the sample size, so the proportions hold from XS to XL.
- Fabric first. Mid-weight denims, half-canvas tailoring, garment-washed organic cotton — chosen to look better at wear fifty than wear one.
- Checked twice. Every piece is pressed and inspected by hand before it ships.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders leave our studio in 1–2 business days. US shipping is free on orders over $99 (otherwise $6.95); international rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns. Not quite right? Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery — unworn, with tags, no questions and no restocking fees. Start a return from your confirmation email or contact us and we’ll handle it.
Exchanges. Need a different size? Exchanges ship free both ways in the US.

How do Tallowmere sizes run?
True to size with a slightly relaxed cut through the shoulder. If you’re between sizes in jackets, we suggest sizing down. See the size chart in our featured blazer section, or contact us for measurements of another piece.
How do I care for washed denim?
Wash cold, inside out, and as rarely as honesty allows. Hang dry — never tumble — and the wash will age beautifully instead of fading out.
Where is my order?
You’ll receive tracking the moment your order leaves the studio (1–2 business days). Still waiting after 7 days? Message us with your order number.
